There is a new project under Collingwood’s Public Art Plan that highlights some of the significant talents of our local arts community.
There are now 27 art banners hanging in the downtown core which feature original works by Collingwood artists. Although I find the banners to be far too small given the height at which they have been installed, they are rather beautiful. Have you seen them?
