A convenient alternative to driving in Collingwood is Colltrans, the Town of Collingwood’s public transit system. With three regularly scheduled transit routes with frequency of pickups at the terminal every thirty minutes and an affordable fare structure, it’s easy to get around in town! For trips to Wasaga Beach or The Blue Mountains, there are transit links available as well, making getting around much easier for bus riders in the region.
According to the Town of Collingwood’s website: “Bus service operates on all days except statutory holidays. Buses are fully accessible and can be used for wheelchairs, motorized scooters, pull behind shopping carts, as well as strollers. The buses are all equipped with a passenger-side access ramp which is available for use upon request as well as Q-STRAINT securement. All buses are outfitted with bike racks as well which are available for use at no extra charge.”

- Collingwood/Blue Mountains link: $2.00 (all riders)
- Collingwood/Wasaga Beach link: $2.00 (all riders)
